Get Out And Get Active With Squash Lessons!

Squash has been around since 1830. It's an incredibly competitive game, recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It can leave you exhausted after only a few minutes of play. However, it's also a great game for players of all skill levels and ages. Everyone from elementary school-aged children to seniors can and do play squash. This sport can help you get in shape, and most importantly: it's so much FUN!

If you want to learn more about this great sport, you have certainly arrived at the right place. At Good Nick Squash, Narelle and Rob Krizek have been helping beginners learn the game and experienced players improve their abilities for 20 years with personalized squash classes.

Narelle Krizek was once ranked the 23rd best squash player in the entire world in singles, world number 1 in doubles and a world junior team champion for the Australian national squash team. Rob has spent the last 25 years teaching players of all ages and skill levels how to improve their squash game.

Although Good Nick Squash is primarily about playing squash, we offer so much more. Our annual summer squash camps are great for beginners to learn the sport, as well as allow more advanced players to improve their game. Camp participants will be able to learn new drills, play condition games, focus on speed and movement, learn about proper nutrition, develop match strategy and analysis, and even work on strength and conditioning with fitness coaches.

If you, or your children, aren't able to attend the summer camp or want some more individualized squash training, we offer that as well! Squash 365 is our individual squash coaching and training program for junior players at our Lawrenceville squash club. Squash 365 embodies the Good Nick Squash core philosophy of individualized program design for each player. We will develop a unique framework for each student that focuses on daily, weekly, and monthly routines leading up to US Squash tournament coaching. The goal: maximize their squash training and learn everything there is to know about the sport.
